We started two days later then we planned to, but it's better to set yourself up for success right from the beginning. Dennis tried to delay it for another day, citing that we could take the girls out for Dim Sum and start tomorrow, but I convinced him we just need to start! So the rules are simple yet oh so difficult in this society and culture. I'll just give you the basic rule, NO: sugar of any kind (that means fruit as well), wheat, dairy. Also no coffee, no alcohol, no raw food for 10 days, no mushrooms, no peanuts. There are a few more rules but you get the idea. The bottom line is you have to eat real food. So here we go, I hope you enjoy our journey and maybe get motivated to start your own.
